This incredible young man is Jacob.
Some time ago Jacob attended The Movement Centre for a course of therapy and has been a supporter ever since.
Now an adult his dream has been to conquer Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), so with a band of volunteers to assist, off he went. I was privileged to be asked to go along to take photos and document his epic challenge!
